Postdoctoral positions are immediately available at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) at the Engineering Product Development (EPD) pillar / department for talented candidates who have sound technical knowledge in semiconductor device physics and compact modeling of transistors / memory devices. The PhD project would involve the use of Monte Carlo techniques to model the physics of device operation and degradation and optimize the variability in the performance of resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices for neuromorphic application. The candidate should also have a good knowledge of ab-initio simulations and molecular dynamics.
Candidates should have a very good PhD degree in Microelectronics from a reputed institution.
