Job Description Responsibilities: Develop display components (display panels, touch sensors, cover lens, etc.) in automotive products (digital/instrument clusters, input devices & displays, and head-up displays).
Development include technical requirements definition, concept creation, architecture design, deviation review and negotiation with supplier, design review, performance evaluation/optimization, specification creation, failure analysis and support part qualification till mass production.
Define, aligns and track display components' development milestones & schedule and budget to ensure deliveries to customers.
Manage and lead in display component-related technical discussion with suppliers and internal project team members.
Prepare engineering documentation, specifications and reports.
Follow both project implementation and quality management rules in realization of the display components.
Develop new display / touch panel technologies in preparation for application in future automotive products.

Job Requirements Requirements: Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Optics Engineering with at least 3 years' working experience in development of electronic products.
Good project management skills, including project planning, resource management, budget tracking, status reporting, and risk management.
Experience in display and touch panel development will be an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in display driving electronics, graphics processors, display interfaces, analogue/digital electronics, and microprocessor-based designs.
Knowledge of FMEA, EMC and automotive quality standards.
Good attention to details and able to learn independently in a dynamic environment.
Customer-oriented and driven to work proactively & systematically under tight schedules.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people, including suppliers and customers.
Liaise with counterparts and vendors from countries like China.
Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice.
