Role and Job Responsibilities:
- Programme manage operations & launching priorities
Conduct market and business research
Analysing data in relations to projects and assignments
Make financial models and P&L analysis
Establish guidelines, policies and content for all areas of the business
Coordinating with marketing, operations, tech and other departments on collaborations, developments etc.
Create and conduct training for various areas of the business
Take on and maintain a great relationship with key external stakeholders to Circlies.Life
Own day-to-day responsibility typical in a PMO & launching function while applying expertise to drive multiple high impact 'build the business' projects
Able to understand technical requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of equivalent work experience
Preferably with a familiarity to the e-commerce & telco field
Comfortable & experienced in a VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment
Strong numeric and analytical attitude
Experience working independently and delivering projects in a timely manner
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
Able to travel frequently as part of business requirements
