JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide administrative and training support in the delivery of WSQ and Non-WSQ Security training courses.
- Undertake curriculum work for transitioning to the new Skills Framework for Security Industry.
- Modify e-learning courseware for alignment to Skills Framework.
- Identify potential areas of training and develop courses/workshops to meet the industry's training needs.
- Assist in industry based research on current and emerging issues/trends in security.
- Engage industry partners, government and security agencies to initiate collaboration in advocating technology and initiatives aligned to the Security Industry Transformation Map.
- Review organisational policies and processes to formulate improvements and achieve greater work efficiency within the team.
- Any other projects or duties as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Relevant experience in developing and delivering CET courses.
- Proficiency in developing and administering courseware for E-Learning using tools e.g. Blackboard, Articulate 360.
- Relevant experience in Security Industry will be an added advantage.
- Relevant CET industry certifications e.g. ACTA, DACE will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful team player who is able to work creatively and possess a good understanding of latest trends in training and learning
