 Job Description Responsibilities and job scope:
 Perform market research and propose new flavours
 Contact supplier for ingredients
 Carry out research and development on the ice cream
 Evaluate costing and feedback on the new flavour
 Ensure cleanliness of workplace
 Possible assignments:
 Development of economical ice cream, healthier (low calorie, low sugar) ice cream, additional flavours for outlets
 Assist production department with work progress
 Learning outcomes: Ability to communicate with cross-functional departments
 Application of the functional ingredients in ice cream
 Factors affecting the quality of ice cream
 Develop ice cream while keeping within the budget
 Only looking for full time students currently studying in ITE, NYP, NP, RP, SP, TP, NTU, NUS, SUSS, SIT, SMU or SUTD
